The System Methodology and experience
The HOTCHECK is a cost-effective condition assessment developed and refined by Manfred Ronstedt over more than twenty years of hotel inspection work. Its database of observed damage patterns and building failures — drawn from properties across the full spectrum of German hospitality — gives it a diagnostic precision that a generic survey cannot replicate.

Regulatory tolerance is not a legal defence.
Authorities may tacitly accept a property's condition — but that tolerance transfers no liability. The full risk remains with the operator and the owner. Older properties in particular frequently carry unidentified fire protection exposures. Any lease renewal, acquisition or change of operator warrants a robust independent assessment before commitments are made.
