In 2025, we prepared the renovation concept for this listed brewery complex immediately adjacent to the Old Town Hall in Dachau — 20 km from central Munich. Hotel, brewery restaurant, beer gardens and event spaces in the historic vaulted cellars: the ambition is a new gathering point at the heart of the town, rooted in its industrial and civic history.
